If possible, go and see your garden shed or
building before ordering. You will get a better ideas of size and suitability by
doing that. Don't forget, that Garden Sheds - like empty rooms - look huge -
until you start to fill them up with all manner of gardening and household
things. Buy a good quality shed, and it can be used for storing things other
than garden tools, but don't forget that garden sheds and buildings are not as
'dry' as rooms in the house.
Make sure that there is adequate provision with
the roof to shed water away from the sides of the shed. A shed roof that is
flush with the sides, will allow rainwater to drip down the sides. NOT a good
idea. There should be at least enough clearance for you to fix a rainwater
gutter to the shed.
